Worth / Nationwide one house at a time. We are a real estate investment company that focuses on the acquisition, leasing and liquidation of single-family and multi-family properties. We buy distressed properties, upgrade them as needed and rent them out, or sell them.  We also offer Motivated Sellers SOLUTIONS for problem properties! We take great satisfaction in restoring properties & communities while improving the lives of our tenants, buyers, vendors and investors. 

Victor and Latasha Johnson have been married for 10 years  and  have 4 children. They live in Carrollton, Texas.

Victor spent most of his career in call center management and debt management. In 2018, Victor formed another company, Nico Don Projects, that has mentored dozens of aspiring real estate investors & entrepreneurs to help them build their real estate portfolios as well. He is also a Published Author of the book titled, Proven Pathways to Wealth & Happiness. This book outlines the steps Victor took to change his mindset from living paycheck to paycheck, to building a rental property portfolio and securing his family’s financial future.

Latasha spent many years working at law firms and in the county clerk systems in GA & TX. In 2018, she earned her Real Estate License and is now a Top-Producing Texas Realtor in Metro Dallas, Texas, with extensive real estate experience & market awareness.

In 2015, Victor and Latasha formed 555 Equity, LLC and began investing in single-family properties under the buy-and-hold (rental) model. Since that time, they have purchased, leased &/or sold 10 single-family properties (mostly funded through private lenders). They are now investing in multifamily properties as well.

Victor continually works to grow their real estate portfolio and has been successful thanks to their loyal private lenders and amazing team members.
